- Perigueux – Beautiful city and a jewel of the Dordogne. It has a stunning cathedral of St-Front
with lots of history together with Roman ruins. Lovely streets with lots of shops and markets. - Bergerac – historic city with cobbled streets and timbered houses. There are two castles of note to see, chateau de Lanquais and Chateau de Monbazillac. Good selection of wine, shops and restaurants and well worth a visit.
